What is the current climate in South Korea regarding North Korea “Preparing for war”?

Hi there. I was just curious as to what the current environment in SK is like regarding KJU telling his border patrol to be ready for an attack order. As an American, it is sometimes difficult to differentiate between what the media is telling us and what is actually happening. Is there fear? Are people mostly unconcerned, since this appears to be a semi-common occurrence? I think a lot of Americans are concerned only with what North Korea would do to us, but don’t care about China or South Korea. Hopefully I haven’t made a fool of myself asking this. Thanks!
